Ranjan Sinha
Chairman and CEO

Ranjan Sinha has founded and directed number of service and technology companies and in the area of human resources, healthcare services, email and marketing services. Ranjan co-founded Summit HR with the vision of helping CEOs and their teams win the war for talent. Summit HR is recognized as the Top HR Outsourcing company by International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, The Gartner Group and Fortune® magazine.

Prior to starting Summit, Ranjan was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Magnifi, Inc., a Cupertino based marketing supply chain automation ASP with proprietary technology and leading position in brand asset management. The company, which had obtained three key software patents on rich media indexing technology, was sold to Procter & Gamble.

In 1995 Ranjan served as the Co-Founder and President of WhoWhere? Inc., a Mountain View based Internet-based e-mail directory and e-mail outsource Services Company which was subsequently acquired by Lycos in 1998. Prior to founding Who Where?, Ranjan was the President and CEO of Mindshare, Inc a Mountain View based HR services firm with marquee clients such as Charles Schwab, Sun Microsystems, Providian Technology. Ranjan has also held positions of Director of Product Marketing at Lotus Corporation and Senior Product Line Manager at Apple Computer.

Ranjan was named as the “HR Outsourcing Superstar’ in 2006 and 2007 by HRO Today magazine for his contributions to the HR Industry. He is a frequent speaker on various industry panels on HR Services Outsourcing and has written numerous articles on Six Sigma applications in HR and Talent Supply Chain Management. Ranjan serves on the board of Summit HR, Benefit Solutions Worldwide and Greenwich Capital Venture Corporation.

Ranjan lives in Los Altos Hills, California and is active in his community and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Northern California Chapter. Ranjan has a Masters Degree from the Wharton School of Business and a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has a B Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

Daniel Frank
Vice President

Daniel Frank having over 18 years of experience in Sales and Marketing across multiple domains, Daniel has developed business relationships with large corporations both in India and Abroad. Prior to joining Summit India, Daniel headed Business development for a large Staffing and Payroll company in India, where he established many clients and forged alliances with many HR and Business forums across the country.

Daniel has also spent four years in the United States creating Business opportunities and implementing key projects for various clients.

In Summit his focus is to build and develop strong client relationships and establish Summit’s brand in the marketplace as the only pure play RPO partner in India.

His ability to build and enhance a motivated team of people across multiple locations has played an integral role in building Summit India.

Maxwell Samuel
Vice President - Finance

Maxwell Samuel brings financial expertise and experience to Summit’s global management office and heads the Finance & Administration function at Summit HR. Maxwell’s recognized analytical, financial forecasting skills combined with his cross-cultural exposure enable him to manage and direct Summit’s exponential financial growth.

A professionally qualified Chartered Accountant, Maxwell has over 13 years’ rich experience in Management/Financial accounting, Performance Reviews & Reporting, MIS, Project & Trade Finance, Commercial Operations, Stores accounting, Procurement, Forex & Treasury Management, Taxation, Systems Development, Internal Audit, BS 7799 Certification, Facilities Management.

Maxwell has headed finance operations in global organizations across three continents - India, Africa and US having handled the finance & accounts functions for varied industries such as Audit & Accounting, Steel, Fisheries and ITES. Prior to Summit Maxwell held leadership positions at Ajuba Solutions. Before that he was with Atlantic Shrimpers, Nigeria. His career includes stints at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited and Brahmaiah & Co, where he began his career.

Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
