modeling and experience in talent sourcing to better understand and map demographic
factors of the candidate, profile of the company, attitudinal and behavior measurements
of the candidate, executive management incorporating them into stochastic engines
to isolate patterns that effectively predict attrition risk.
The model is a pioneering effort but utilizes proven tested science. It is designed
for high volume processing of passive and active candidate pool and existing employees.
The system can be used by trained recruiters vs. trained psychologists. The main
